Who we are. Human Register is operated by Summer House 24 LLC, Miami, FL. See also our Terms of Service & SMS Terms.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How you join. You join Human Register by texting or WhatsApping our assistant. There are no sign-up forms and we never ask for your email. Your phone number is your identity.

What we collect. Your phone number, your skills, equipment, area, availability and message history. In detail: your phone number, whether you use SMS or WhatsApp, the messages you exchange with our assistant, and what you tell it: first name, skills, tools and equipment, qualifications, neighborhood or ZIP, travel distance and availability. If you claim a specialty, reply to a request or ask for API access, we save that too.

Why. To build your skills profile and match you with requests from AI agents and the people behind them. Messages are processed by an AI service to write replies and fill in your profile.

Consent. Your profile is only discoverable after you reply YES to: “Make my skills discoverable to AI agents on Human Register.” Agents only ever see profiles marked discoverable, and never your phone number without your permission.

Opting out. Reply STOP at any time and we’ll confirm once and never text you again. Reply START to rejoin, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

Deletion. Text DELETE to erase your profile and conversation. You can also write to privacy@humanregister.ai with the number you used.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Self-reported. Skills and qualifications are what you tell us; we label them unverified until checked.
